The Anatomic Guide is a surgical template used for alveoplasty (i.e. bone reduction) or leveling of the patient’s bony ridge in order to immediately load a screw-retained hybrid denture. It is a stackable surgical guide that can double as a base for different pieces to be attached to it allowing flexibility in the treatment protocols.
This product is used for full-arch and/or full-mouth rehabilitation with All-on-X treatment modality. It is typically used for current or prospective completely edentulous who require same-day implant placement and immediate loading of PMMA provisional.
SLA (Service Level Agreement)
It takes 10 business days to make and deliver the Anatomic Guide to your office from the day we receive all the requirements or the day you approve the case, whichever is later.
|Dentate Patients||Edentulous Patients|
|● Patient has 3 – 5 teeth at least and is going to have them extracted on the day of surgery.
● Teeth should not be mobile or extensively damaged to be able to support the Vertical Mount.
|● Patients who have no teeth present in their mouth.

It’s strongly recommended that you have a diagnostic wax up/digital smile design (DSD) made for all Anatomic Guide cases. This is to ensure prosthetically driven implant planning, and to have proper guidelines for restorative treatment informed by the new level of reduction as well as occlusal considerations.
